  • Offered at Officiant’s Whitby location. 24/7/365 pending availability.
  • Note: During the winter months another Whitby location may be selected at the sole discretion of the Officiant. Contact office for details.
  • Legalities only, in full compliance with the Ontario Marriage Act.
  • Come as you are, no ceremony, no personal vows, no ring exchange.
  • Bring your Marriage License, two Witnesses, Photo ID (for all). No extra guests allowed!!
  • Filing of the completed and signed marriage licence with the Office of the Registrar General.

Just Making it Legal, Destination, Elopement Gazebo

  • Offered at Officiant’s Whitby location. 24/7/365 pending availability. 
  • In full compliance with the Ontario Marriage Act. 
  • Short beautiful Ceremony, Inclusive Vows and Exchanging of Rings, Pictures allowed.
  • Bring your Marriage License, Photo ID and two Witnesses. Two additional guests allowed.
  • Filing of the completed Marriage License with the Office of the Registrar General.
  • OUR HOME IS STRICTLY OFF LIMITS NO EXCEPTIONS!

$275.00 The No Frills or Micro Wedding Package 

This Package is at a location/venue of your choice (available within Durham Region) for 4-20 guests (no more or you must upgrade to The Silver package). Monday-Friday and Saturday/Sunday mornings pending availability.

  • You’ll receive a beautiful, meaningful, warm and gracious written ceremony.
  • Arrive 20 minutes prior to ceremony start time to go after last minute details
  • Back-up officiant in an unlikely case of illness
  • Filing of the completed Marriage License with the office of the registrar general.
  • Continued after wedding support to answer your questions
  • Skillfully officiating your ceremony
  • Please note: for this Package a 50 cents per kilometer charge applies (from Officiant’s office return trip).

$375.00 The Silver Package Pricing

  • This Package is at a location/venue of your choice (Within Durham Region and surrounding areas)
  • No obligation introductory meeting phone of FaceTime 
  • One in person meeting (after booking)
  • Walk/Talk-Thru Rehearsal if so desired via FaceTime.
  • No limit on number of guests

  • Skillfully officiating your ceremony
  • Include your guests in a meaningful way (if so desired)
  • A personal hand crafted ceremony 
  • Exclusive access to Client Portal (includes ceremony template and vast resources library) allowing you (if preferred)  to write your own ceremony
  • Special Elements can be added to any ceremony such as: Sand Ceremony, Unity Candle Ceremony, Wine Bottle Love Letter Ceremony, Hand Fasting Ceremony, etc., etc., 
  • Ongoing communication and planning to create your ceremony your way!
  • Unlimited consultations, phone, email, FaceTime.
  • Arrive 20 minutes prior to ceremony start time to go after last minute details.
  • Introduce myself to your DJ, Videographer, Photographer, Wedding Planner, Venue Coordinator to ensure your ceremony will go exactly as planned
  • Back-up officiant in an unlikely case of illness

  • No mileage charge for most of Durham Region.
